The add-on
QuestPump runs inside your game client. What you type and what it counts stays on your computer, in the game's own saved-variables file. The add-on sends nothing to Pluxia GmbH: no account, no telemetry, no analytics. If you copy an export string and share it, you decide where it goes.
The coach in the iPhone app
The coach is part of QuestPump Pro. Only if you subscribe and allow it, the app writes a short coaching line before each pump with Google Gemini, an AI service of Google, which processes it for Pluxia GmbH under the Google Cloud terms in the EU. For each pump your iPhone sends Google the kind of quest you finished, the pump's moves and targets, your streak, the pumps so far in the session and the time of day. It never sends your name, an account, quest names or any health data. To prove that the request comes from the genuine app, and to read the coach's settings, the app uses Firebase App Check and Remote Config by Google, which receive an attestation of the app from Apple and a random installation identifier, not your identity. You can turn the coach off at any time in the app.
If you report a coach line, the app sends the line, the reason you chose and the name of the AI model to questpump.com, which mails them to us and keeps nothing; we use them only to improve the coach.
This website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data of every request, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's identification, and keeps it in its logs. The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Cloudflare may process this data outside Switzerland, including in the USA; it is certified under the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Frameworks and otherwise relies on standard contractual clauses. Messages to contact@questpump.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. We use them only to answer you and keep them as long as that and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask what data about you we hold and have it corrected or deleted, and you can object to its processing: write to contact@questpump.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
